News Last Updated: January
28, 2012 SNCR 303 Owns Hive Guardians! What do you do when
most of your healers don’t show up?
Beat a raid event for the first time.
Who needs heals after all? Not
us. SNCR hits 300! 300 raids! Here’s to 300 more! Everyone listed as an active raider as of
tonight received a 5 DKP bonus for sticking with us. SNCR 297 Owns Wrath of Brath! Somehow, I forgot to
note this weeks ago! This was a hell
of a kill! Let’s do it again and get
this thing on farm! SNCR 286 Owns Masked Invaders! Our first Tier 7 Kill
on the second night! Nice work guys,
you really pulled that one together.
I’m looking forward to getting more of Tier 7 on farm status and
pulling in more sweet loots! SNCR 279 Owns The Beast Below and The Unburrowing (CC + Arth) It’s been awhile since
our last update, but we finished up Seeds of Destruction Farming, had a few slow
weeks due to Easter, Double XP, and servers being down, but we’re back on
track with two new kills on the first attempt (of that night). Tier 6 Underfoot is now clear, we’ve got a
few more weeks farming keys and we can start working on Tier 7. SNCR 273 Owns… Fippy Darkpaw!? Yes, you read it
correctly, we killed Fippy Darkpaw.
However, I’m talking about the raid event in Brell’s Rest, not the NPC
in the various Qeynos Instances / North Qeynos zone ;). This was a little bonus kill as we had some
extra time after wrist core farming this week, and a preview of what’s to
come in Underfoot in the coming weeks as we begin keying for Tier 7
Underfoot. SNCR 271 Owns Endurance and Steel Behemoths! Well, we lasted about
90 minutes on Endurance, and could have gone for another hour I’d wager, but
we decided to end the event and head on to other things. We bugged DDD, so we’ll have to come back
next week for that! However, we beat
Steel Behemoths and everyone got (more than likely) a sweet aug, and two
loots for the raid to split! SNCR 270 Owns IRA 1, 2, Battle Prowess (Again) Not really a new kill,
but certainly something of note. We
beat our previous scores, surviving 28 waves on IRA 1 (vs 11 last year) and
beating 21 waves before time ran out on IRA 2 (vs 7 last year). We also beat Battle Prowess in a matter of
minutes (vs ~17 minutes last year).
Everyone who came got 3 pretty sweet augments. See the 270 DKP report for more! SNCR 265 Owns Seeds of Destruction! Synacarna and Brekt down!! Another expansion cleared! On to Underfoot! SNCR 264 Owns Tower Events 1 – 5.5! Well, Synacarna got
us, but we got damn near all of the first 5 events on the first try! SNCR 263 Owns Zek Brothers, Eriak’s Downfall, The Fall of
Toskirrak, Rallos Returns! Well, that was one
hell of win! Zek Brothers down, and
the following three events down on the first try, all within four hours! A big thank you to the rezzers and CotHers
that help set up the raid! SNCR 262 Owns Showdown at the Crystal Core (Hard)! Not much to say other
than this was an awesome win! SNCR 257 Owns Korafax (Hard)! Week
8: Because we love Korafax just so
much, we decided to do yet another raid of it.. except on Hard to get some
sweet tower loots. SNCR 255 Owns Showdown at the Crystal Core! Week 6: Haven’t been any updates for awhile, but
that’s because Korafax has been going smoothly for awhile. Farmed Final Confrontation a few times, and
took out the Toskirrak event: Showdown at the Crystal Core! We’ve also taken 2 shots at the Zek Brothers,
and make some good attempts and learned a bit about these events. We probably won’t have any new kills until
January 2011, though. SNCR 251 Owns Final Confrontation! Week 2: 6 more keys, and one hell of a raid event
beat! We’ve now completed all the
raids in Field of Scale, and the last one is an impressive event. Flying dragons overhead, armies clashing,
and a flying mount for Rare at the low, low price of 114 DKP. SNCR 250 Owns Venom Lord Ksathrax, Pallorax the Soul Slayer,
Mindshear Avatar! Our first week in
Korafax we have all 3 events down. Now
begins the 8 week farm… SNCR 247 Owns Kerafyrm, the Awakened! That was one hell of a
win. Our third attempt of the night, I
think fifth overall, we took down Kerafyrm.
This is after 2am, down to 48 people with a few bots. I’m not making an understatement when I
say this was one hell of a win. It got
very rough around 50% when the Wyverns started to stack up, and especially
rough from 10% - 4% without any tanks left buffed or with
mana/endurance. But, we still managed
to pull it off and won the event!
Congratulations NCG on beating Crystallos and SoF. Now, onto SoD! SNCR 246 Owns Brood Mother Visziaj and Vyskudra! Another impressive run
at Crystallos. Not only did we get down
the Air dragon that had been causing us problems, we took out Brood Mother on
the first try and got Kerafyrm down to 40%! SNCR 244 Owns Kaesora Library and Claiming Felbane the Dragon
Slayer! Impressive week for
us. What started off with a slow start
on Bahgresh ended up in getting two new kills in the FoS theme after a few
tries. SNCR 243 Owns Crystallos Ice Wing and half of the Air Wing! 7 events down in a
little over 5 hours and another attempted.
Not bad at all. SNCR 242 Owns Crystallos Earth and Fire wings! Remember Warden
Hanvar? We do too, unfortunately. We took out the first two wings / four
events in Hanvarland on our first try.
We’re making amazing progress – expect to see more updates on our
frolics in Hanvarland soon! MMM Raid Video!
Thanks,
Tchakra! SNCR 240 Owns General Bahgresh! We couldn’t go TOO
long without a fresh kill. We’re
wraping up our Mansion efforts shortly.
There will be plenty of Crystallos kills coming soon! That said, for all of us who didn’t make it
to Fan Faire this year, we took down some SoD content. We first hit our farm targets: Rottrued and
Queen, before trying a raid we hadn’t beat: Bahgresh. After winning that, we decided to take our
first shot at Kaesora Council which went quite well for being unprepared and
taking a shot in the dark. 50% all
around. SNCR 233 Owns Tactical Prototype and Meldrath! We
seem to either get no new events down or get two down. Regardless, we’ve finally beaten MMM six
raids later! Now after some flagging,
we’ll be all set to take on Crystallos! SNCR 230 Owns Brinda and Krond! We made damn good time
this week! Managed to get down Trash,
Bargangle, Krond, Breakneck, and Brinda by 2am! Happy 5th Anniversary SNCR!! As of May 21st,
we’re celebrating five years of raiding! SNCR 228 Owns Bargangle and Breakneck! On our first run into
MMM, We took down Bargangle and Breakneck on the first try! SNCR 225 Owns The Fabled Fennin Ro! Finally, we were able
to get Fennin Ro down! This completes
our fabled kills. We’ve done the PoP Expansion
(Fabled) from Tier 1 to Quarm! SNCR 224 Owns The Fabled Plane of Time Expedition, Bertox, Emp.
Ssra! This week, we were
able to get Bertox and Emp. Ssra down completing a few kills we were missing
from years before. We also did the
entire Fabled Plane of Time Expedition and got some pretty sweet loots! The only Fabled PoP kill missing now is
Fennin Ro… SNCR 222 Owns The Fabled Coirnav, the Avatar of Water! This week, we headed
over to Plane of Water. This ended up
being one hell of a close kill (time and close in general). We persisted and were able to get Fabled
Coirnav down, quite possibly the hardest EP fabled. We also went over to IRA 1.0 to best our
previous score and survived 11 waves! SNCR 221 Owns The Fabled Rallos Zek the Warlord and The Fabled
Xegony, Queen of Air! This week, SNCR went
back for some more EP god cleanup, as we’ve only taken down Fabled Rathe
Council in the past. Well, we took
down TRC, headed to Tactics, easily took down RZtW, headed to Air, got 5
keys, and killed Xegony! One hell of a
night! SNCR BMK3 Raid Video!
More
awesome footage by Tchakra! SNCR 211 Owns Deepscar and Big Bynn I! This week, SNCR takes
down the last two mobs to beat for MMM access on the first try! Now to just farm key drops and one more Solteris
run and we’ll be in MMM! SNCR 210 Owns Rottrued the Twisted and Malarian Queen! So, where to
start… This year: Depths of Darkhollow – Finished, Prophecy
of Ro – Completed, The Serpent’s Spine – Completed, The Buried Sea –
Completed. Tier 1 SoD – Down. All kills pre-MMM minus two? – On farm
status. One hell of year. Looking forward to 2010! Oh, and Malarian Queen and Rottrued
down. On farm status soon. More to come in 2010! SNCR Solteris Raid Video!
Yet
another awesome video by Tchakra! SNCR 208 Owns Commodus and Two Gods! This week, we went
back for another phenomenal Solteris run!
We finally downed Commodus which had been killing us for awhile and
went after Two Gods. We were able to
get Two Gods down on the second attempt!
Excellent work everyone, the TBS expansion is down! That’s FOUR expansions down this
year!! We’ve had an awesome year
everyone, and I am looking forward to 2010! SNCR 204 Owns Astire and Irissa! Another two damn
impressive Solteris kills put us well on our way to clearing Solteris! Mayong and Sol Ro, we’re coming! SNCR 203 Owns Balreth! In probably one of the
most perfect raids I’ve seen in a long time, we steamrolled the Sisters,
Aprosis and had an impressive as hell win over Balreth. Now THAT’s what a raid should look
like. We’ll be putting more of
Solteris on the kill list soon, I’m sure =) Ayonae Ro Raid Video!
SNCR 201 Owns Deathknell! Yet more kills that
have been a long time coming. SNCR
tonight has beaten PoR, making that our third expansion completed this year,
with TBS (Solteris) ~29% complete, and still just under three months
left. We’re also only two kills off
from having everything pre-MMM in the SoF expansion on farm. Those are only a matter of time before we
get them on farm. We’re also hoping to
get Tier 1 SoD on farm before the close of the year. Lofty goals, but I’m sure we can accomplish
them. SNCR 199 Owns Suchun, the Blood Warden; Ralkor Bloodmoon (BMK
3); Lord Nagafen 2.0; Lady Vox 2.0! Keeping up with our
PoR cleaning, we’ve gone through and finally completed all the flagging raids
for the Fetters. All we have left to
clean up on is Deathknell. Then, the
oldest content we will have yet to beat is Solteris. After our PoR flagging this week, we went
and did the classic mission raids for Vox and Nagafen and beat those with
42. We also stopped by BMK3 to win
that event as well, and that was one hell of a win. I think damn near everyone tanked Ralkor at
one point. Nice work everyone, MMM is
certainly on the horizon. SNCR 198 Owns Sullon Zek, Mistress of Rage! The oldest expansion
we’ve yet to clean up on is Prophecy of Ro.
Because of that, we went back this week for a Daosheen, Ghost,
Snowtail and Sullon Zek kill. Sullon
was a new win for us. Ayonae will drop
in the weeks to come, putting PoR shortly on our Expansion Complete list,
which will make 3 this year. Stay
tuned for more on our PoR progression over the coming weeks! SNCR 197 Owns Aprosis! Just a very quick note
this week to note that Aprosis died for us tonight. This was our 4th or 5th
try overall! I’m sure on our next
Solteris run we’ll be adding Balreth and Astire to the list! SNCR 196 Owns Sisters (Solters) and Giants, Giants, Giants! This week, we started
out with Giants, Giants, Giants, and made it to Wave 17 / 20: Commodus. Had we a bit more experience in Solteris
(ie more than None :P) we would have done better with this. I’m sure we’ll get this event when we
actually encounter in Solteris.
Speaking of Solteris.. we paid our first visit to the zone
tonight. We got the Sisters Event down
on the third try and got Aprosis down to 87% on the Second try. We’ll be back next week and hopefully make
it through Balreth! SNCR 195 Owns Spindlecrank! This week, SNCR went
back to SoF to clean up on more loot targets and finish some unfinished
business. Spindlecrank died to us on
our (second or third?) try ever - putting all but 3 pre-MMM mobs on kill
status, and all but one on farm status! SoF Round One Raid Video!
As
usual, credits to Tchakra! SNCR 194 Owns Bimbalicus the Manysoul and Scorn! This week, SNCR went
to SoF to clean up on a lot of loot mobs.
We cleaned up on MB, Octa, and Wirlem.
We also decided to pay Hills of Shade a visit for the first time and
got Scorn down on the first attempt and Bimba down on the third, pulling in
our first Gyro Cores! We’ll be doing
the same next week! Lethar 2.0 Raid Video!
Another video by Tchakra! SNCR 193 Owns Lethar 2.0, Finishes The Serpent’s Spine
Expansion! Back again for more,
we went back this week and rolled right through the first four events. Lethar 2.0 we wiped to on the first try,
but back armed with a new add controlling strategy and a hell of a lot of
determination, we brought Lethar down.
The last 30% was intense as it was very, very, very slow going, plenty
of people dying left and right and battle rezzes all around, as well as only
one person on adds near the end.
Congratulations to everyone, that was one hell of a kill! NCG has also now finished TSS, putting us on
the doorstep of Solteris after a couple of weeks smacking around some SoF
mobs. More kills to come… SNCR 192 Owns Dyn`leth’s Army, Shade of Veldyn, Dyn`leth and
Lethar 1.0! This week, we headed
over for our first shot at Ashengate North.
On the first try, we easily cut our way through all of the events, the
one that gave us the most trouble was the army. Lethar 2.0, however, proved to be an
effective barrier between us and Solteris.
We wiped to him three times at 40%.
We have a few strat modifications and plan to go back this week and
get Lethar 2.0 down! Mayong Mistmoore Raid Video! Thanks to Tchakra for
making this video! SNCR
191 Owns The Perfomer and Mayong Mistmoore! Thanks to EEEK’s help
over the last two months for pre-clearing we had easier access to Tier
2. This week, we cleared all of Tier 1
except for ZT (due to it being locked out).
After that, we took down ALL of Tier 2 with a fantastic Performer
Event win on the first try of the night!
Finally, we gave Mayong two shots and came out of it dead with him at
42%. We went back later that weekend
for the kill and downed him on the first attempt Sunday. Demi-Plane of Blood DOWN! Another expansion beaten, leaving PoR, TSS,
TBS, SoF, and SoD to go. You’ll be
hearing “TSS DOWN!” in the near future from us as well as we get ready to go
to Solteris. We’ll also be in the
not-too-distant future putting all raids pre-MMM on farm or close to it I
hope as well. SNCR 188 Owns Griffon Master Ayna'Rym, Stitch's Ambush, and
Stitch! Tonight we took our
first shot at Ashengate East and managed to clear out the instance! We wiped a few times to the Griffon Master,
but finally ended up bringing him down and plowed right through the rest of
the instance with only an issue on Stitch, which we luckily fixed and pulled
through for an instance clear.
Ashengate North is coming very soon… SNCR 187 Owns Chief Mechanic Clankwrench! Tonight, we went back
to finish off Ashengate West. We
cleared the zone in two hours! Not
satisfied with that, we went over to take down MB. As usual, he was downed. Feeling good about those wins, we went over
to Clankwrench to see how we’ve improved and took him down pretty close to
Flawlessly! Another first kill! Nice work everyone! We also got Spindlecrank to 70%, and I’m sure
that will be even lower in the coming weeks.
Looking forward to AG East next week! SNCR 186 Owns Ambersnout the Aberration, Sothgar’s Attendants
and Sothgar! We had a pretty good
night this week. We cleared Ashengate
West on our first try! We got rolling
at 9:02pm and got Ambersnout on the 4th try. He reset on us twice, and we wiped to him
once, but we managed to get him down and claim his loot. Not content with that, we wanted to
challenge Sothgar. The first attempt
at his Attendants we nearly wiped to and regrouped and tried it a second time
and got it down. Sothgar himself was a
pushover as we downed him on the first attempt. Looking forward to going back and clearing
those events all on the first try and beating the zone in record time this week! With Frostcrypt out of the way, we have
only Ashengate East and West to finish up before getting to our final zone in
the expansion – Ashengate North. Also,
on a side note, the task bugged when we killed Sothgar so we did not get kill
credit. Thanks to the GMs for updating
the task for us so we can move on to Ashengate North! SNCR 185 Owns Roley Defarge and Tris Wallow III! This week, thanks to
EEEEK pre-clearing most of Demi Tier 1 for us, we went back and did Sisters
and Devlin. We also took a stab at two
new events for us, Tris and Roley and won on the first attempt. We also took two stabs at Performer and
learned a lot. I’m sure our next
Performer attempt will be significantly better, and hopefully we’ll be able
to down Performer and Mayong sooner rather than later. Stay tuned for more Demi-Plane of Blood
kills in the coming months. We didn’t
forget this expansion, we’re going to smack it around as we finish up TSS and
start TBS – Solteris. Happy 4th Anniversary SNCR!! As of May 21st,
we’re celebrating four years of raiding!
Here’s to four more! =) SNCR 183 Owns Beltron, The Shade King! This week, SNCR headed
back to Frostcrypt 2 to finish what we started and beat this half of the TSS
Expansion. On our second attempt at
Beltron ever, we took him out, completing half of The Serpent’s Spine
Expansion! Ashengate is next! SNCR 180 Owns Wirlem, Phantom of the Festival! This week, we decided
to go back for more SoF kills. We beat
Wirlem on only the third try, and smacked down MB again. We have the strat down now for Clankwrench,
getting him to 11, 8 and 6% on the three tries. Damn good job everyone. SNCR 179 Owns Octa the Collector and Mining Behemoth! This week, we decided
to try out a few SoF targets. Octa and
MB we both got down on the second try each, which was damn amazing. We adapted amazingly well and it only took
once to get it down and win the second time with, dare I say, ease. Looking forward to knocking down some more
SoF targets! SNCR 178 Owns Dragons, Dragons, Dragons! This week, we went
over to try Living Legacy 5: Dragons, Dragons, Dragons and made it to Lethar
(Wave 16). Not too bad, and we’ll have
experience for when we go back for Lethar 2.0 later on in Ashengate! SNCR 177 Owns more Fabled! This week, we killed
The Fabled Agnarr the Storm Lord, The Fabled Hydrotha (powater mini) and The
Fabled Tallon Zek! We also made a good
shot at Coirnav and got another sword, this time at 178 DKP for Bariag! SNCR 175 Owns a bunch of Fabled! This week, we kicked
off the EQ 10th Anniversary by going Fabled Hunting. Our march through planes of power left no
god safe. Here’s our kill list for
tonight: The Fabled Lord Mithaniel Marr, The Fabled Solusek Ro, The Fabled
Keeper of Sorrows, The Fabled Saryrn, The Fabled Warlord Gintolaken, The
Fabled Avatar of Earth, The Fabled Criare Sunmane, The Fabled Jaxoliz
Dawneyes. That’s right. We took on the Fabled Rathe Council. Tonight, we also set a new high bid record
– 175 DKP by Donbayne on the Fabled Sword
of Primordial Power. DKP was being
dropped left and right all night, but this one bid beat them all. Congratulations to all the winners, and
looking forward to even more first kills this year. SNCR 174 Owns Fridleif, Master Warcraft and Harfange the Black! This week, we owned
two more mobs in FC2, leaving us with only Beltron to conqueor! SNCR 173 Owns The Sleepless Guard and Wulfnor the Gladiator! This week, we decided
to pay Frostcrypt 2 a visit. We wiped
on our first try of the aug event, The Sleepless Guard, but were not going to
accept any type of defeat and came back to take out the event! After that, we decided to go and smack down
Wulfnor and his friends. We
administered a beating, looked at the loot and had the server crash before we
could even bid on any of it. Well, at
least we got a solid strat for the first two mobs down, and we’ll do much
better in future runs. Looking forward
to downing the Shade King! SNCR 172 Owns Shades of Calm, Overwhelming Numbers, Hearol the
Tactician and Lorekeeper Grenwald! This week, we’re back
with a vengeance and a new strategy to finally down those damned
zombies. We flawlessly, and dare I
say, easily plowed through all four aug dropping events. Not satisfied by 1 HS damage augs from the
week before and all the loot this week, we had to go beat down Hearol and
Grenwald. It was a very excellent week
for loot! Also, NCG now has access to
Frostcrypt 2!! Looking forward to our
first raids there! SNCR 170 Owns Shadow Selves and Three Brothers! We were able to down
those two aug events with relative ease in our first foray into
Frostcrypt. We also learned a good
amount about the other aug event, Overwhelming Numbers and a good amount on
Lorekeeper Grenwald. We’ll be much
better suited to take down those two events next time around and more
efficiently deal with the first two.
Great raid everyone and looking forward to next week! SNCR 169 Owns King Odeen! If you missed this
raid, you missed one hell of a raid.
To prevent the trash from getting us last time, we spent the first 2 –
2.5 hours of the raid… literally clearing almost all of Valdeholm. We went and smacked down the Royal Captain,
beat the Lorekeeper and friends, beat the Royal Guardsmen, killed those 5
named at once that got us last time, chased the King back to the Hot springs
and didn’t have the zone come to slaughter us, and figured out how the bridge
part of the event works and bea the event.
After our six hour carnage in Valdeholm, I’d think it is safe to say
there were no survivors.
Unfortunately, this won’t be an event we’ll be coming back to anytime
soon, because of how long it takes (yes, there are some optimizations we
could make.. but the loot isn’t worth coming back vs. the time) More importantly, Welcome to Frostcrypt,
NCG! Looking forward to adding some
kills from there to our kill list in the very near future! SNCR 167 Owns Royal Captain Gurangor! On our first attempt
at King Odeen, we were able to take out his Royal Captain and make it as far
as the third part of his event. We
will get past this part surely next time, and be a lot closer to Frostcrypt
1! SNCR 166 Owns High Lorekeeper Udengar Dergon! On our second attempt
at this event ever, we pulled through and got this event down. One step closer to Frostcrypt, especially
with the faction requirements out of our way!
King Odeen is next! Also, after
a few wipes at the start of BMK Raid #2, we finally got a working strat down
and owned the first two mobs. The rest
of the event is cake, and we cleaned up, spending over 215 DKP! Nice work everyone! I’m very much looking forward to future
weeks! SNCR 162 Owns Vergalid! On our first attempt
at Vergalid, we owned him with 35 last night!
Nurtha looked difficult at first with a lower turnout, but turned out
to be a pushover for our raid discipline.
We were on the ball tonight. We
also stopped by Udengar to learn the ropes of the event and will definitely have
more successful attempts in the future with the information we’ve taken away. SNCR 160 Owns Fanged Moon #2!! Just have to say –
wow! I didn’t think we’d be able to do
it, but we did. After wiping twice to
the first event of the zone, we recovered and came back to kick some serious
ass, and cleared the event on our first night through. Several people walked away very happy with
some choice loots. Excellent work by
everyone, and I look forward to putting this event firmly on farm status. SNCR 158 Owns Fanged Moon #1! Tonight
we finally made it over to Fanged Moon 1 and we were able to kill Wilnok
Boneshard, Vesthun Wolfpaw, and Galrin Boneshard. We had some very
sweet loots drop. Everyone did an excellent job tonight on all
events. After that, we went to clean up on Nurtha, but fell 8% short of
finishing off the last mob. We’ll get it next time, excellent effort
everyone! SNCR 157 Owns Anastasia the Thought Drinker! (Just
quick notes on a new kill for SNCR) SNCR 155 Owns Demeton Destroyer of Life and an unleashed ice
mass! This
week we decided to try two new events – The ring event in The Steppes, which
was a blast, as well as the maze in Frostcrypt. We killed the an
unleashed ice mass this time around, and we almost got Ice Age, but much to
our surprise, the mobs in the zone killed him for us, stealing the uber loot
and xp from us. We’ll get him next time, though. I have some
ideas on how to fix this. SNCR 151 Owns
Kellak, the Serpent Lord, Goru Uldrock, the Reincarnate, and Nurtha
Frazzlesprocket! After about five weeks
off from raiding, SNCR comes back strong and owns three new events! Two
on the first try, Nurtha took us one learning wipe before finally taking her
out. We got two TSS Rank 3 spells, as well as three new augments, and
three quality pieces of gear. Excellent work, everyone and welcome
back! I can see lots of stuff dying in the weeks ahead! Happy 3rd Anniversary SNCR! I realize I'm a bit late on the posting (just like last year),
but on May 28th we celebrated 3 years of Raiding!! SNCR 147 Owns Gnarlibramble I
couldn't find a record of it anywhere, but I had sworn we'd taken it down
before this, but added it to the kill list! Congrats guys :) SNCR 144 Owns Devlin Rochester, Ur-Gorlach, and I.R.A. We
started off tonight with the Living Legacy raid - I.R.A. - Infinitely
Regenerative Automatron or something like that. We took him out twice,
and got him down to 11%, only 6% from beating the third wave. Hang onto
those items you got upon zoning in, everyone. After
that, we headed over to Demi-Plane to clean up on some more mobs. We
took out Devlin Rochester this time after getting him to 4% last time we
faced him and took out a new aug mini, Ur-Gorlach. SNCR 143 Owns Corruption of Ro! After
2 learning attempts, we got the strat down and finally took out Corruption of
Ro on the 3rd ever try. Very nice work everyone, and some very nice
loots were won. SNCR 139 Owns Daosheen the Firstborn, Terish Fellclaw and
Jyrta, the Watchful Eye! We
owned Daosheen the Firstborn tonight! That was one long and impressive
fight, and superb work by our clickers on this event. They had every
effect cured so fast in some cases you almost couldn't even notice it had
landed. We also completed our Razorthorn Access tonight! :) SNCR 137 Owns Severan the Direwind Caller and Pyre Lord
Narseekin We
exacted some long overdue revenge this week taking out Severan the Direwind
Caller and Pyre Lord Narseekin. We also stopped by Avalanche to grab a
few very nice loot items as well After
we were done cleaning up here, we stopped by Daosheen for two attempts. Our
next attempt should go very well :) Good
raid all! SNCR 136 Owns Sanguimanus the Redfang We
killed Redfang tonight, finally! This cleared Demi-Plane Tier 1 for us! After
clearing Tier 1, at 2:30am, we tried Devlin Rochester. We got him down
to 4% with 4 clerics, 1 warrior, and a bunch of DPS and Knights.
Everything was looking good up until 4%, but we will get him next time, no
doubt. One or two more people would have made the difference on this
fight. For
those that were there from 8:30pm EST to 3:15am EST you earned a whopping 13
DKP! SNCR 135 Owns The Fabled Xuzl, The Fabled Protector of
Dresolisk and The Fabled Aerin`Dar In
yet another great raid, we managed to kill 3 more fabled, as well as the rest
of the Sol Ro Minis, Aerin'Dar, Xanamech and Avalanche! We got 1 SoF
Tier 3 spell rune and a bunch of great DPS weapons! DPS on NCG raids
just went up! We
beat our record and spent 871 DKP! SNCR 134 Owns The Fabled Arlyxir, The Fabled Jiva, The Fabled
Grummus! We
pulled in 12 high quality loots this week! We killed The Fabled
Arlyxir, The Fabled Jiva, The Fabled Grummus and the Fabled Xanamech. Not

Blood! Awesome
work this week guys, looking forward to one more week of Fabled Stomping! SNCR 133 Owns The Fabled Rizlona, The Fabled Terris Tonight
SNCR killed: The Fabled Rizlona, The Fabled Terris Thule and The Fabled
Xanamech Nezmirthafen and Vishimtar. We
spent over 701 DKP tonight! Rizlona
was an epic fight for us. Lasting well over 20 minutes, it was a
near-win, where it came down to the ropes and we pulled through at the very
end. Amazing work everyone tonight. That is definitely a fight to
remember. SNCR 130 Owns Hatchet and Wailing Sisters! In
our best Demi-Plane run yet, we were able to take down Hatchet and the
Sisters event! We also killed a new aug mini - Swirling Bloodspirit. Nice
work everyone! SNCR 129 Owns a ton of stuff! For
those that missed this raid, you missed a hell of a raid. 11

also pulled in one Rank III TSS Spell. Also,
as if that wasn't enough, Luuv finished her Enraged Flesh Totem and we
finally once again have a NCG raid leader that is able to request the
Razorthorn Instance All
mobs above except for Titanothon were new kills for SNCR SNCR 128 Owns Vertekin the Soothsayer and Cirwea Strongbow Just
a quick note saying we killed these two targets for the first time. :) SNCR 121 Owns Overlord Mata Muram! After
our previous attempt at OMM Bringing him down to 39%, We came back tonight
and finally downed him on our first try! We also cleared Anguish (minus
OMM) in just under 100 minutes, which may have been our fastest Anguish clear
yet? (Not sure about that, but 100 minutes is damn speedy) I
also want extend a huge congratulations to Lilbrean who finally received his
damage aug from Tunat last week! Excellent
work on OMM Tonight everyone! Good finish to 2007! Happy
new year! Pic
stolen from Dura again :)
SNCR 119 Owns Zi-Thuuli of the Granite Claw! On
our first run into Demi-Plane, killed Zi-Thuuli of the Granite Claw. We
also took three attempts at Redfang and got him down to 60%. A couple
more tweaks and we should be a lot closer to winning this next time.
Good try guys! Those
of you who got AE Blockers, remember to turn them in! SNCR 118 Owns Ghost + Snowtail! Just
a quick note this time saying we went back and cleaned up on Ghost and
Snowtail. We only got one aug, but 3 drops went for 40DKP, 1 for 50 and
one for 20. We pulled in some great quality loot this raid.
Thanks to Dura for requesting it =) SNCR 115 Owns
Sendaii, the Hive Queen! Welcome to Demi-Plane
of Blood NCG!! Sendaii was owned by
us tonight, completing our progression to Demi-Plane! Special thanks to
everyone that attended that raid. That was absolutely awesome! Pic provided by Dura:
SNCR 111 owns
Vishimtar the Fallen! In one of the best
attempts yet at Vishimtar, SNCR 111 down him on the first attempt on SNCR
ever, flawlessly. We had a total of two deaths in the instance the
whole fight. Awesome work SNCR!! SNCR 108 Owns
Cordagan Boulderfist! After our Anguish
Clear, SNCR headed over to The Steppes to pay Cordagan Boulderfist a visit,
and promptly killed him! SNCR 107 Owns
Tsikut, Ashenback, Shar'Drahn and Titanothon! This week, SNCR swept
through Relic killing all three dragons: Tsikut, Ashenback, and Shar'Drahn. Unfortunately, Porthio
and Nightshade were in hiding and we didn't get to kill them. After this, we headed
over to the Devastation and killed the ugly Titanothon! We also killed a mini
in Sverag, but he isn't worth putting on the kill list. SNCR 105 Owns
Porthio the Second Born! We
killed Porthio and Nightshade at the end of our Anguish Clear (Minus OMM) to
get him out of the way.. As well as for some very nice loot and fun. We
also killed Valdoon for Lucifana's 2.0 Grats
to new epic Holders: Heiggan and Nopaosak! SNCR 102 Owns Bloodeye! Just a quick note to say we owned Bloodeye tonight :) SNCR 100 Owns Council of the Nine! We destroyed Council of the Nine tonight after an Anguish
Clear! Cutting the previous NCG kill time in 1/4th! Congrats to Danee and Ninolas on their Epic 2.0s! SNCR 98 Owns
Draygun and Vule! Probably one of our Greatest Raids in awhile - SNCR owns
Draygun and Vule! (Photos Courtesy of Dura)
Happy 2nd Anniversary SNCR! I realize I'm a bit late on the posting, but on May 28th we
celebrated 2 years of Raiding. We've come a long way,
starting in the Bastion of the Thunder thinking +80hp gear friggen owned, to
owning Shyra, most of DoN, Omens minus OMM and beating Gates with our first
Tunat kill this year, and expecting incoming gear to be around +280 hp or
higher instead of being amazed by +80. Happy 2 Years SNCR :) SNCR 85 Owns
Anguish! On
SNCR 85, we finally showed up to pay Anguish a visit. On our first
clear through, we cleaned out all but Mata Muram himself. Keldovan the
Herrier, Ture, Jelvan Event, Warden Hanvar, Arch Magus Vangl all died.
Overlord Mata Muram was brought down to 90% or perhaps slightly lower, I
don't recall. Excellent work all! SNCR 82 Owns 1
More Trial And
on SNCR 82, we owned our final trial - Specialization. Welcome to
Anguish, SNCR! SNCR 80 Owns 2
more Trials! SNCR
went in tonight and obliterated Foresight and Endurance! We got Specialization
to 2%, one more person would have made the difference. We
also killed Yar`Lir out of spite. Excellent
work SNCR!!! CoA is on the horizon! SNCR 79 Owns 3
Trials SNCR
79 went in and destroyed Trial of Adaptation, Corruption, and Hate,
and brought the last mob in Foresight to 80%! It was less than 30
raids ago where these destroyed us utterly. Awesome work SNCR! SNCR 75 Owns
Four Dragons! SNCR
75 took out Kessdona and Rikkukin - two long nemesises of SNCR from over 25
raids ago! We finally got around to destroying them. We also won
the KT Summoner Event for BiC, as well as Yar'Lir and T'shara! SNCR 71 Goes to
town on Tunat! I'll
let a picture do all the talking for this update:

18.46 South Wing 0, NCG 1 After
completing our Tacvi access two weeks ago, we finally set foot in the last
stronghold of the Tunat'Muram of the Discordian forces. Setting
foot in Tacvi is not like other zones however, and certainly redefines the
defintion of 'trash' mobs. After
chatting to the last surving member of the previous residents, he kindly
opened the door for us, and we met our first resident in Tacvi, Seat of the
Slayer. Wow. I
never knew Mastruqs could kill people that quickly. Of
course, I never knew Mastruqs could hit that hard! After recovering from our
first monster (that was only one? :/) we moved on to our first boss. Xxeric
isn't like other goats.. She isn't very nice at all. One
of the hardest hitting mobs in the entire expansion, and she certainly lives
up to her claim. We managed to kill her (somehow) but unfortunately, her
slightly irritating adds (slightly? =p) finished off the raid before we could
recover. Fear not however, as a few people managed to stay alive, and we
rezzed back in and finished off the encounter. Alas but we didn't managed to
save every bit of loot, and some of it was looted by those with lower
ratio rather than rotting :( Moving
on from our first boss, we encountered.. a snake! (whats with all the zodiac
animals?).. Pixxt Riel Tavas didn't prove too much of a problem though, and
we managed to kill her without having too many of her adds explode. NCG 2,
Tacvi 0. Our
next objective was one of the two Zun'Muram's guarding the passages to the
Tunat'Muram himself. We picked on Yihst Vor first and.. oh, its over already?
Oh, okay.. Yihst Vor was little trouble for our forces, and swiftly fell
before the magic and blades of our army. Finally
for this evening, we tackled the legendary Zun'Muram Kyve Pirik, aka the
Balancer. The
balancer involves a particular strategy which I won't go into here, but
suffice to say that our first efforts weren't enough, and we wiped. However,
one of our necromancers cheated death long enough to rez in a cleric for us
to try again. It was getting late, but newly refreshed, wanting to beat him,
we rezzed back in, buffed our forces and took him on again. The balancing
went much better this time, and Pirik fell beneath the knife, as SNCR
collected our final loots for the evening, including one of the infamous
Brutish Blades of Balance. Congratulations
Xtter on one of the premiere Warrior Weapons :) Congratulations
SNCR on beating the South Wing of Tacvi!!! SNCR 65 Owns
Zun`Muram Tkarish Zyk! Welcome
to Tacvi, SNCR! SNCR
last week went into Txevu and payed the Zun another visit. He wasn't
prepared for it to be him taking the beating this week. We overcame the
adds, snakes, and goats and assisted the Chaosslayer bringing the Zun to an
end. After
which, our thirst for blood was not satisfied and we went to go bother the
royals in Riftseeker's Sanctum who we had decided had been in power for too
long. We decided to meet with the King and his princes, and beheaded
all of them. They didn't go peacefully, however. They left
us a nice present in the form of many bombs that exploded and took out 95% of
the raid. Unfortunately for the king, he missed the 5% that could
resurrect us. We rezzed up and looted up. We
pulled in some nice spoils this week, Cryston, Staff of the Rift and Ilsin's Mantle among them. Excellent
work SNCR! SNCR 64 Owns
more Txevu! This
week, we returned to Txevu and smacked down the two Aneuks for loot in
addition to Ixt Kial Ivesi and Ixt Quall Nalnn. We
gave Tkarish two shots, and on the first attempt got him down to 62%. I
have no doubt we will take him down next week, after some work on the strategy
:) Excellent
work SNCR!! :) SNCR 63 Owns
High Priest Nkosi Bakari! On
our first run through Txevu, SNCR took down Aneuk Nyrt Ymosa, Aneuk Rilst
Uskst for loot. For
progression, we stomped down Ixt Hsek Syat for the key to the High Priest's
Area, and finally High Priest Nkosi Bakari for our key to Tkarish's lair! Excellent
work SNCR! SNCR 62 Owns
Zomm! Just
a quick posting this week. This
week, SNCR scores its first kill of Zomm, The Seventh Born in Arcstone. We
also killed Zoo, Ptav, Mnat, Dvoin, Shyra and Master of Hate. Awesome
work SNCR! SNCR 61 Owns
Inktu`ta Last
Saturday night, SNCR went into Qvic to kill our weekly goats. It must
suck to have a life expentancy of about 5 minutes. After many
goats were killed and we looted the spoils, we decided to revisit
Inktu`ta. After falling to the might of Noqufiel once, and being slain
by the stonemite army another time, SNCR returned, thirsty for blood, and
ready to tear the zone apart. What
started as an innocent slaughter of a few goats ended up in a bloody trail
through Inktu`ta, slaying Kelekdrix, the Six Cursecallers, numerous Trushar
worshippers, some golems and overcoming the numerous traps set before us in
the Stonemite infested area. At
the end of this, Noqufiel and the Construct greeted us in the deepest chamber
of the temple. Noqufiel challenged us to a battle, and was promply
smacked down. 54
SNCR Members are now Txevu Flagged! Look! An Update! SNCR
returned this week to hand out some death to various and assorted mobs around
Norrath :) Quick
side note - we passed our 1000th loot last weekend /cheer. SNCR
started off in the Wakening Lands, and bagged yet another 1.5 clicky shield
for our lovely healers. (They still keep adding me to the DNH list though :(
). Moving
on from the mighty whooping that the Dark Discordling Master got (yet
again..will he never learn) we headed over to Wall of Slaughter for
everyone's favourite mob! Yes,
you guessed it folks, the ever lovely Girplan Guardian was up next. Funnily
enough, he's not so much of a pain now. With the higher resists I have, I
resisted all of his endurance drain AE's, so it wasn't all that bad :) I'm
pretty sure there was only one death on the Girplan Guardian in fact.. but..
it would be cruel of me to name names.. /grin. Next,
we rushed over to Qvic for our weekly kicking of mold dropping monster's
butt. Iqthinxa
Karnkvi was up first. Zoo, as some call her (due to her preponderance for
having lots of pets) went down like a prom queen, followed quickly by her
three Rav's, tanked by our lovely Darlend :) Then
she came back for more! Cheek. So, down she went again, gifting us with some
nice loot, BiC pieces and another part of the alt access quest for those that
missed the first set of Qvic flagging. We
killed Ptav Msha next, quickly burning her down, before moving on to Cynosure
Kvanjji. Not
often I get to tank Cyno, interesting fight, with the boatload of AE's that
he has. Nevertheless, as ever, we beat him down, again, bringing in some nice
loot. Cyno is one of those longer, but not quite as dangerous fights really.
I remember the first time we did him was great fun. Moving
on, we quickly dispatched Dvoin and Mnat Msha, before moving on to... The
Silver Dragon of Death! Ok... Rikkukin if you will :) This Dragon seems to
not like us much, because whenever we go and try and kill it, it kills us
right back! For shame.. So
far, SNCR has yet to prevail over this mob, and it seems as though it will
take another couple of attempts at least before we get it on farm status, but
we will prevail, of that I'm sure :) Our
last target of the evening was an attempt at the infamous Shyra. Despite our
first time in the instance, we engaged Shyra herself after killing her quite
difficult guards, but unfortunately, didn't quite manage to kill her. She's a
tough cookie, that'un =p I'm sure we'll be returning for her in upcoming
weeks. SNCR
will return next week, where apparently, there will be a guest appearance by
Kastlina, our new puller.. /snicker. We
pulled in a total of 18 loots this week (I think =p) Fear us Noqufiel,
we shall have our revenge! Once
again, we attempted an SNCR first, and came very close. Noqufiel to 18% on
our first time attempting Inktu'ta. We
zoned in and took down the pesky Nijacka, and after learning Kelekdrix's
encounter mid-fight (o.O) we pulled off a nice win in the first of the larger
encounters, and what a fun fight that one is too :) Pulling
in two of the very nice weapons he drops, we then moved on, killing the mini
encounter, and heading to the stonemites. For
all the bug reports on the eqforums, the stonemite area wasn't actually all
that challenging, although we came close to wiping we are much better
prepared for next time, and some excellent teamwork pulled us through. We
managed to kill the the remaining trash before the cursecaller event, and
even beat the cursecallers! That
one is probably my favourite current event, much kudos to whomever designed
that one :) On
to Noqufiel, and after a long drawn out battle after a long long raid, we
eventually called it a night, after it became clear we could not quite kill
him. It was very close though, and a sincere congratulations to all
attendees. Excellent work SNCR! I'm beginning
to wonder if BMR is just going to start handing his loot to us... Poor
guy. It seems like a week doesn't go by where we don't liberate BMR of his
loot :) Some nice upgrades and another couple of glowings, followed by a
nicely done ZMV run, with some more upgrades and another couple of glowings
:) After
our two friends had bit the dust, we added another 1.5'd Beastlord to our
ranks, and progressed some more on Ranger_074's epic /grin /tease. It
still amazes me how trivial some of these encounters are nowadays. Makes me
very proud to be part of such a raiding organisation :) Keep it up guys
otherwise I won't have anything to brag about =p We
met in our usual spot for some more msha farming. Handily beating the goats
down for their usual selection of molds and augs :) After
the goats, we had another stab at Adaptation, failing again, due to that
pesky darn Construct of Power. Man he sucks. I swear, if he was taken out of
the lineup, that trial would be nps /sigh. Ack well, we'll beat him someday
soon :) See
you all this Saturday for some more raiding. I'll see if I can't grab some
screenshots this time. MPG Hatred -
Beaten! SNCR
beats the MPG Trial of Hatred! With
an excellent display of all round teamwork, SNCR beat the trial of Hatred
with its first attempt! Dispatching the Voracious Ferans and some excellent
tanking teamwork led to our first MPG Trial win, and some excellent loot.
Among them the Earring of Mental Incursion, and Totem of Shattered Hope. Expect
to see more beaten trials soon :) Along
the way, we again dispatched Battlemaster Rhorious, and his pet snake, goat
and minion golems. Its inspiring to think how trivial this encounter has
become to such a proficient raid force. With
a ToB run during the past fortnight, and several msha runs to boot, SNCR has
continued to gear up its raiding force. More and more molds and tob pieces
have been dropping, brining our gear level up to a significantly better
standard. MPG
Group Trials are now a common sight and its good to see people working on
gearing themselves up outside of the raid nights. On
to other news, alas, but we say goodbye to our Raid Leader of over a year.
Vicaire and Nicholana have decided to move on to other things, and our
gratitude and respect goes with them. A number of us dyed our armour green in
recognition of our past leading duo. Fezagorn has effectively taken over as
the leader of our merry band of raiders, and I'm sure, as evidenced by
Saturday's raid, we will only continue to get stronger. The AE ramp!
Make it stop!! Just
a short update this week folks :) After
last weeks delayed msha farming /snicker Afterwards,
we took another attempt at two trials, Corruption and our first try at
Adaptation as SNCR. Despite failing both, we are definately closer to
achieving victory in these difficult, yet highly enjoyable events. Corruption
is definately a mad rush as the mobs pour in towards the raid. I'll
be back in two weeks with a full update, as we're not running SNCR over the
holiday weekend. Best rest up mobs, because we'll be back to take your loot
soon ;) Theatre of
Blood now filled with Corpses! SNCR
returned to ToB again this week, but not as part of our regular Saturday
evening raids. Pulling in twenty loots on a Sunday felt pretty good to me J Our
main Headline however was our first attempt at the MPG Trial of Corruption. After
a dissapointing Msha run (wth augs ><) we headed over to MPG, and began
our plow to the instance Zone Line. Heading into the trial, and with
everyone's heart racing as we knew this was one of the more hectic events we
would be doing for a while, we listened to the wise words of Zen Master Vic.. Alas,
but Master Vic's teaching were not enough for us to succesfully best the
minions of Corruption (Not that we didn't give a damn good try!). The
first wave was exciting.. but with the benefit of pre-targetting.. The Second
wave was.. interesting, with no pretargetting, random mezzing, rogues which
would appear from nowhere and run at bard speed o.O. Then finally, we came to
the third and final wave. 18 mobs descended upon us like a pack of wolves,
and even with a display of fine kiting by some random warrior in green, alas,
we failed, and the minions of corruption bested us. You can beat we'll be
back for blood next week though! Despite
our failure at Corruption, the SNCR raiders went on to beat Volkara once
again, enabling more people to gain progress on their DoN progression. With
the win over Volkara, and the Msha farming during the day, SNCR pulled in
thirty-three loots on Saturday alone, combined with twenty loots on the
Sunday. For two days work, fifty-three loots isn't bad eh? :) Good work SNCR
:) Slacker News
Editor Returns! Yes
yes, I know :) My humblest apologies about the lateness of this update, but
due to RL constraints (Dorf tossing takes it out of me) I have finally
managed to find some time to update the SNCR front page :) And what an update it
is! Since our last update,
and quite firmly stomping Barxt into the ground, we've continued our farming
efforts in Qvic, pulling in 10+ qvic loots a week, plus killing our good old
friend Battlemaster Rhorious, and various other mobs in the zones of Norrath.
Alas, but due to the same RL problems, I don't have any pictures for you this
week. I will return with pictures next week! Amongst other things
in the past few weeks, our first members got their Theater of Blood flags!
Congratulations to all those SNCR attendees whom are ToB flagged, and
congratulations on our first ToB drops! Apparently tanking in
ToB is somewhat akin to tanking in Uqua.. so I'm really looking forward to
it.. /nod. No really, I am :) Our first ToB loot run
brought in 12 loots :) Amongst which were: Vengeful Blood-Alloy Armguards and Breastplate of Superior Divinity Amongst our Qvic
farming sessions, we have bought in armour pieces such as: Nadien's Guantlets of the Archer Vadd's Guantlets of Elite Combat Trimdet's Vambraces of Chivalry and Lelyen's Sleeves of Enchantment AND, BMR has graced us
with his ever popular selection of loots, earning us, amongst other things: and Impervious Stonelinked Armguards Tirranun has also
fallen under our might once again, (thank god those ae's got removed is all I
can say), wheras his cousin (What kind of relations do these dragons have
anyway... Loremaster?!) Rikkukin is still sadly evading us. I can foresee a
certain silver dragon dying before too long however!! SNCR has come on in
leaps and bounds in the past few weeks, the Qvic gearing effort is really
starting to pay off, and mobs whom were once much feared have now become
trivial (Hulcror to name one /grin). Congratulations SNCR,
lets look forward to this weekend :) Hello Candyland!! SNCR has begun its
gearing efforts in Qvic, the candyland of calling.. I mean Prayer ground of
calling.. my bad :) Over the past two
weeks (Yes yes, I slack on updates) SNCR has killed numerous different 1.5
targets, loot mobs, and beaten the mobs in Qvic to a pulp, all in aid of
getting us better gear /grin. I will be posting a
full update next week, so I'll leave you with some of the loot we have bought
in so far. Dakkamor's Vambraces of the
Divine Lelyen's Sandals of
Entrancement Nunkin's sandals of Pure
elements and much much
much more. Keep it up everyone, excellent work! SNCR 42 beats Uqua! Welcome to
Qvic! SNCR 42 has done it.
In a little over a month and a half of ONLY one raid a week, we
have beaten the Ikkinz raid trials, stomped the Keeper of the Altar and
claimed our sliver. After which, in just FIVE raids, we have left our mark on
Uqua, leaving Vrex Barxt Qurat nothing more than a Specter in his once mighty
temple!
How
the mighty have fallen :) Some
peerless teamwork, and excellent focus bought us through! Led by our fearsome
warrior in green and the mighty cleric beside him we laid waste to the
Ocean-God Chantry, killing both Tqiv Araxt the Enraged and Tqiv
Qukret the Furious in short time. Looting our rewards, we moved swiftly
further in, beating the AE for the second time running, and annhilating the
specter room. Cragbeast Queen, we will be coming for you too :) Next
up for a taste of SNCR whirlwind destruction was the Devestating Construct.
His mighty fists proved futile as we pounded him to dust, leaving a mere
trail in the air as we sought out the guidance of Preshna the Lost. Pausing
for a moment whilst our fearless leaders went over our strategies for the
final fight, each of us took the time to reflect on what it meant to be in
Uqua.. and the chanters took the time to change their underwear.. again. Speaking
the entry phase, we finally engaged our nemesis. Barxt stood immobile,
seemingly out of reach of our power until we had begun to best his mighty
Guardian of Destruction. Razing his brutal golem with sheer grit,
we swiftly moved in for the kill. Despair as our finest warriors fell to his
mighty blows, and joy as his health quickly dwindled, the two channelers,
mere shadows of their former selves made a return, only to be ran around and
confused by our valiant knights. Finally,
the end neared, after fully half the raid had fallen to the combined
onslaught of the channelers and Barxt, the temple watcher saw his doom.
Enraging, but all for naught as our combined forces fended off his attempts
to see us off. His remaining health fading under a blitz of attacks. The
faithful clerics ressurecting those of us sacrificed to the greater good, we
proceeded to finish Barxt's channelers, and the mighty pet of our enchanters,
the Spectral Trusher Worshipper. Finally, the dust settled, and we had
claimed our entryway to Qvic, prayer grounds of calling. Congratulations
SNCR 42!!
SNCR 39 downs
Tirranun the Ancient Protector!!
After
putting the fiery dragon into a coma, we sat back and relaxed for a few
minutes whilst we killed his irksome servants. After a few minutes of
slumber, the lava dragon awoke once more, before we put him back to sleep
permenantly with an impressive show of DPS! Tirranun
kindly left us nice loot in the shape of: Brimstone Spaulders!
– Meglor Smouldering Claw of Tirranun!
– Mester Hands of Flame!
– Laniele Alas
but not everything went perfect this week. Once again, despite an
all round excellent effort, we failed to complete our trial in Uqua.
That's certainly not a sore point however, as we
got within mere seconds of killing the mighty Twins of Fury
and Rage on only our second attempt! Next
week, we'll return for yet more savage destruction of zones and mobs far
and wide ;) |
